8 short select rows of Gewurztraminer grapes were left on the vine till late autumn intensifying flavours. Cool early morning, hand select picked then graded again to first class resulting in an alluring array of sweet dried full flavours with a luscious lingering finish of rich and unique wine bursting with the distinctive aromas and taste of lychees, sweet orange blossom and subtle spices. A harmonious and hedonistic wine that is delicious sweet and smooth that we recommend pairing with more delicate desserts and such as to not overshadow the wine. No fining. Low sulphites.
