Ripe fruit was hand harvested, graded to first class from purpose low cropping two canes. Whole bunch pressed. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tank prior to a period of aging on yeast lees. Wonderfully fruited and gorgeously fragrant. The wine shows apricot, poached pear, jasmine and rich floral aromas, leading to an impressively concentrated palate that's generously textured and lingering. It's mouth fulling and expansive with layers of delectable flavours, finishing long and satisfying. No fining. Low sulphites. Sam Kim Wine Orbit notes: 5 stars 95+ points.
