Ripe fruit was hand harvested, graded to first class from purpose low cropping two canes. Whole bunch pressed. Cool fermentation in stainless steel prior to a period of aging on yeast lees. Pristine and elegantly expressed, the bouquet shows apricot, nashi pear, clove and jasmine characters. The palate displays succulent fruit intensity, beautifully complemented by opulent texture and bright acidity, finishing soothing and satisfying. No fining. Low Sulphites.
