Ripe fruit was hand harvested from two short canes, destemmed at the winery, gently crushed and free run pressed. The resulting juice was fermented cool to retain the varietal character. A savoury and spice nose with attractive subdued floral rose aromas. The palate is long, soft, supple, velvety and dryish. An aromatic finish of juicy fresh grapes. Matches exotic spicy expressive foods, cheeses and a great aperitif. No fining. Low sulphites.
