EXCLUSIVE. Single Vineyard hand harvested purposely low cropped fruit producing wine of great depth and complexity. Pinot Gris was cool fermented in stainless vessel and French oak barrels then aged in barrel. 12% Barrique fermented dry Gewurztraminer was then added. This 2 year process adds complex aromas of Apricot pear and quince with some nutty smoky characters. Balanced palate shows varietal ripe stone fruit with great weight, texture and softness with a hint of spice. Fragrant and soft. A magical blend with broad
