Winemaker's Tasting Notes

This concentrated yet supple wine was produced from low yields, fastidious viticulture, and non-interventionist winemaking. The grapes were hand-picked and sorted; the wine fermented with wild yeasts, and aged slowly in French oak barrels. Already rich and opulent, but impressively structured, we expect this wine to develop and improve for 10 years or more.
