Winemaker's Tasting Notes

Ripe fruit was hand harvested, gently crushed and pressed. The juice was fermented cool to retain the varietal character prior to blending and bottling. The nose shows typical varietal characters of roses, lychees with just a touch of spice. These characters follow through to the palate which is broad, savoury, spicy, soft and almost oily texture and displays a good persistence and a luscious finish. Only 360 bottles produced.
