Tasting Notes:
Ripe fruit was hand harvested, gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation was initiated in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to French oak barrels for completion of fernmantation and aging on yeast lees.
This wine shows lifted aromas of stone fruit and honey. Ripe flavours of pear and nectarine are underpinned by nutty vanilla characters which develop into a rich lingering finish
